Second Egg-Pelting in OJ Neighborhood Should be Cause for Concern

On Saturday, May 9 early in the afternoon, a vehicle entered an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in Rockland County, NY and the car occupants started pelting eggs at pedestrians. This incident took place exactly a week after an identical episode  occurred Sunday early AM at exactly the same location.

Whether the second incident was intended to be a joke or to terrorize a community, this is no laughing matter, and should in fact be a serious cause for concern.
